1. Reports Download Enhancement

We’re thrilled to introduce a significant upgrade to our platform, designed to streamline your file management and download experience. With this upgrade, you can effortlessly handpick and download specific reports for more efficient record management, all within an improved file organization and categorization system.

What’s New?

1. Enhanced Segmentation: Files are now categorized by years and categories, such as yearly reports, monthly reports, and CRiskCo reports.

2. Simplified Selection

-Within each category, you can now select all files of the same type at once.

-File specification column, including the format of the file: Excel, TAX or PDF.

-In column type, you can easily differentiate between normal and complimentary files.

3. Insightful File Status: Stay informed about the file’s status, whether it’s “in processing” or “not  in SAT”.

4. Advanced Filtering: Refine your search with category and year-based filters.

 You can access the new risk report window from the same locations:

• You can easily access the new risk report window on the dashboard page by clicking the “download” icon located next to the company name within the “Actions” column.
• On the reports page of a company, simply click on the risk report button.

 

 

2. Introducing our Information Reports Feature

We’re excited to present our latest feature in partnership with our trusted third-party company, that allows you to conduct comprehensive background checks with ease. Here’s how it works:

The Information Report Includes:

• Public Information: CURP, RFC, and signing certificates.
• Judicial Background: Federal and local lawsuits, court details, agreements, and file count.
• Business Info: Related companies, partners/shareholders, business numbers, and company activities.

 

 

Accessing and Generating Reports

• Find the feature on the Reports page under the “Information Reports” tab.
• Create PDF Information Reports for each company. For those with company owners data (ISSIF submitters or large corporations with data in “Company Structure”), conduct company owners background checks. Monthly updates available.

To use this feature, acquire credits by contacting sales@criskco.com.

 

If you’d like to purchase, we offer two options:

– Buy upfront specific amount of reports.
– Paying a the end of the month: Choose a range and pay monthly (provide MIN and MAX).

 

3. Unveiling Company Structures for Better Decisions

Our ‘Company Structure’ feature, previously available only on our platform, is now accessible via our API. This feature provides comprehensive insights into the business structures of applicants who have submitted the ISSIF (Informe de Situación Fiscal or Fiscal Status Report) in line with SAT guidelines.
